Besides establishing the firm and headlining it as it's CEO, Mr.Dosi has been a veteran in the tea business, having practiced running his own tea brand while providing consultancy services to client firms for several decades, in the area of plantation management, manpower management, manufacturing, budget control and other tea business related grounds.
Mr.B.Dosi has been advising clients on how to run plantations successfully, facilitate manpower, increasing plantation turnover, increasing output by regulating machinery, better methods and competent human resource in the manufacturing process. Mr.B.Dosi also has been party to situations where clients have consulted him on occasions where disasters and large shortcomings had to be mitigated in the manufacturing plant, without excess expenditure.
A kindred spirit when it comes to all things tea, Mr.B.Dosi considers himself an authority of sorts on other aspects of the tea business as well such as intricate, in-depth issues pertaining to the plantation like pest control, drainage layout and irrigation measures, pruning, tea tasting, quality testing, distribution, etc.
